Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information NeuralFortify SaaS ("the Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices available. The Service is designed for supervised classroom use and is built to collect as little personal information as possible.

2. Information We Collect

  • Staff accounts (administrators, teachers, teaching assistants): name and email address used to sign in.
  • Student accounts: a display name and a username created by a teacher or administrator. Students do not need to provide an email address.
  • Learning activity: progress within the learning modules (such as levels completed and scores) tied to a student's account.
  • Class and subscription information: classroom names, capacity, enabled modules, and (where applicable) billing details entered for account setup.
  • Access requests: if you submit the "Request Access" form, the name, email, organization, role, and message you provide.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the Service: to authenticate users, separate each classroom's data, display class rosters and progress to the responsible teacher and administrator, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising within the Service.

4. Parental Consent for Students

Student accounts are created by educators. The teacher or school is responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required by law before adding a student. The Service provides a place for a teacher to record an attestation that such consent has been obtained for a class.

5. Data Separation and Security

Each classroom's data is isolated so that a teacher or teaching assistant can only access the classrooms they are assigned to, students can only access their own information, and only administrators can see across the platform. This separation is enforced at the database level. Infrastructure security (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audited data centers) is provided by our hosting and database providers under their data-processing agreements.

6. Data Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that host and operate the Service (such as our hosting and database providers), and only as needed to run it, or where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective agreements.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Class and account data is retained while an account or subscription is active. Administrators and teachers can delete classrooms and accounts; deleting a classroom removes its associated accounts. To request deletion of specific data, contact your administrator.

8. Children's Privacy

Because the Service may be used by students under 13, it is designed to minimize the information collected about students and to rely on school/teacher-obtained consent. We do not knowingly collect more student personal information than is necessary for classroom instruction.

9. Your Choices

Teachers and administrators can review and remove the accounts and data they manage from within the Service. Students should direct privacy questions to their teacher or school.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy can be directed to your NeuralFortify SaaS administrator.
