By accessing or using NeuralFortify SaaS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
The Service is intended for use by educators, teaching assistants, school administrators, and their students as part of supervised classroom instruction. Staff accounts are created or approved by an administrator. Student accounts are created by an authorized teacher or administrator.
If you add students to the Service, you are responsible for ensuring you have all legally required permissions to do so, including any parental or guardian consent required by your school, district, or applicable law. You agree to provide only the minimum student information necessary to operate a class (such as a display name and a username) and not to enter sensitive personal information.
The Service may be offered on a beta or experimental basis. It is provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may contain errors. Do not rely on it as the sole record of any educational data.
Access may require a paid subscription (for example, an annual per-classroom plan with an additional per-student amount above the included capacity). Pricing, included seats, and renewal terms are presented at the time of sign-up. Where payment processing is not yet enabled, any billing details collected are stored for account setup purposes only and no charge is made.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the Service, uploading malicious code, or using the Service to harm others. The cybersecurity techniques taught within the learning modules are for educational purposes only and must not be used against real systems without authorization.
The Service, including its software, curriculum, and content, is owned by its operators and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for classroom instruction during your subscription term.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Infrastructure security is provided by our hosting and database providers under their respective data-processing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to comply with the law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
